  • Ultra DNS has has begun to see restoration of services. Connectivity and access to our products and websites will resume once the services are fully restored.

    Customers may experience delayed emails or bounce backs as notification for any messages that failed to send.



    A major internet provider (Ultra DNS) which provides DNS services is currently experiencing a service disruption, which is not only impactin
    g our hosted email environment, but other applications and websites across the internet . Until this disruption is resolved, users may experience errors or intermittent connectivity to all of our products and websites.

  • As part of our efforts to continually improve our product offerings, we will be performing maintenance in our Hosted Email environment beginning at 2:00AM EST on Tuesday, March 10th. This maintenance should last no more than a few hours. 

    During this window, users may not be able to access Webmail, or may experience intermittent errors and mail delivery issues. This may also affect users of Mobile Sync. 

    Hosted Microsoft Exchange clients will not be affected.
